When is Spine Surgery Actually Needed?

Not every spine problem needs surgery. In fact, 80–90% of patients recover with conservative treatment like exercises, medications, and physiotherapy. Surgery is considered only when:

• Pain is severe and persistent

• Numbness or weakness is increasing

• Walking or daily activities are affected

• Nerves are getting compressed

• There is spinal instability or fracture

Modern surgery options like Endoscopic (UBE) Spine Surgery are minimally invasive, meaning smaller incision, less pain, faster recovery, and shorter hospital stay. The key is accurate diagnosis and the right treatment at the right time.
